We loved every morning sitting out on the deck until we wore off the coffee/tea high and could muster getting off to the golf courses. We did 5 rounds in 7 days so not bad for 60 year old 'girls'. I/we would go back in a flash and will certainly pass the word around to our friends. It was the perfect place to retire to at the end of the day also. We didn't find anything lacking in terms of comfort.

We have had a fantastic 2 weeks here in the villa, and in Florida. The games room, pool and facilities here at the villa have been excellent. We have really enjoyed our holiday and hope to come again in the future. Thank you very much for all your help + support before and during our holiday.

We had a great time at your villa. Everything was very nice and clean. We all especially enjoyed the pool. We scheduled 2 days to stay in just so we could swim all day. We visited Ripley's and The Magic Kingdom during the week. The rain slowed us down a little (from tropical storm), but kids really had fun. We thank you so much for allowing us to use your villa. We have even recommended you to our friends, so you may hear from some of them!

I would like to provide some feedback regarding our stay in you villa at Davenport, Orlando.
Organising the rental was made very easy via email and I would like to thankyou for your quick responses and all of the information you provided. The driving directions were very useful along with all the other information on dining, supermarkets etc.
Your villa provided everything we wanted at a competitive price and from the images on the website it looked in very good condition. The villa was spotless with no marks on the walls or carpets, all the appliances were new and functional, the games room was a bonus and our 12 year old daughter spent every spare minute in the swimming pool. The kitchen provided the flexibility of being able to cook instead of having to find a restraunt after a long day at Disneyworld. All this and it was an easy 20 minutes drive from Disneyworld.
Just a final thankyou for making our holiday in Orlando such an enjoyable, stress free occasion which will be remembered for a very long time. If you ever require any references for your villa I would be only too happy to provide feedback via Email or telephone.

...WE THOUGHT YOUR VILLA WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! THE DECORATING WAS VERY TASTEFUL. THE LAYOUT WORKED WELL WITH OUR FAMILY AND YOU COVERED ALL THE ESSENTIAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE STAYING AWAY FROM HOME. IT WAS THE PERFECT GETAWAY. WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS TIME. IT WAS ALSO VERY CLOSE TO DISNEY, WHICH WAS A PLUS FOR US. Hi Ian and Sarah, we had a fantastic time at your Villa. Thankyou both so much for making our stay so great. I think we did just about everything we could possibly fit in and wore the kids out in the process. The Villa was ideal for us with all the amenities and big enough for us to survive four teenagers for 2 weeks! The games room and the pool were big hits.

Hello both,Yes - we are all back safely. We all had an amazing time - probably the best holiday I have ever had.The villa was fantastic - very spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated.Loved the pool - we spent several hours in it each day. Excellent value for money - would definitely consider it again. The games room was great fun - if a little hot in there.All the appliances were fantastic - there's nothing extra we needed really.Thank you so much.

Well what can I say – what a wonderful experience had by all – your villa was just superb – everything we could want and more. The games room was a great plus for the girls and the pool came in extremely handy after a long day in the parks.
Location spot on also. There is nothing I can fault about your stunning villa.
We have left our comments in your visitor’s book praising how very helpful both you and Sarah were. When our grandchildren are grown up enough to go we will think of nowhere better to go but back to your wonderful villa.
